Since 2017, Henry has helped small businesses build and nurture relationships with beverage producers across the Southeast. Prior to venturing out on his own, Henry led business development and sales for a startup malt house in North Carolina, helping grow the company into an established regional player. In November 2025, Henry started Richardson Trading Co. to help high-quality vendors break into the beverage industry and grow meaningful, long-term relationships with breweries, distilleries, malt houses, distributors, and specialty buyers.
Through Richardson Trading Co., Henry helps clients grow revenue, develop new sales channels, support market penetration, and connect with customers who value a superior product.
Henry holds a Certificate in Brewing from the Chartered Institute of Brewing & Distilling.
When not working, Henry likes to cook everything from whole hogs to homemade pasta; hunt turkey and deer; fish for smallmouth and redfish; and work on his Jeep Comanche.
